Advantages:
Improved performance -
high temperature dishwashing systems that utilize 180° hot water instead of
chemicals are superior in performance because they cut grease and lipstick
much quicker.
Reduced operating
costs and shorter cycle times - drying time is substantially shorter:
high temperature machines have 60 second time cycles vs. 140 second cycles
for low temperature machines which saves time and labor costs. High
temperature machines use less water - only 1.2 gallons per cycle. As a
result, these machines generally use less chemicals.
